Chakras

Chakras serve as energy centers within our physical bodies, as well as outside of our physical being, where universal energy enters and exits. Each Chakra has its own resonance. These energy centers each have a specific purpose. They regulate everything such as mental clarity, creativity, and emotional balance.

Sometimes these Chakras can get blocked; through traumatic experience, old belief systems, bad relationships etc. We close them off to block the memory, and pain of the experience. When you have a Chakra that's blocked, it closes off the universal flow of energy from nurturing the rest of your body, causing an imbalance that effects the rest of your energy system. This can also present itself as an illness, or dis-ease. It's like listening to a beautiful song, but having one of the instruments off key. Let's face it, we all need a tune up once in a while!
